For the comfort of our guests we have a daily host in the complex, ready to respond to all your wishes and questions.
-The host will clean the garbage from the houses daily
-Free parking
-Guests check in after 14:00.
-Guests check out by 11:00
-Maximum number of guests 8 people
-Child (0 to 2 years) can be accommodated in a baby cot- free of charge
-No noise during the hours of 14:00 to 16:00 and 23:00 to 10:00
-In case of damages or missing items, the guest pays for them according to the price list.
-Guests pay the consumption from the bar, upon departure, after inspection by the host of the complex.
-The sauna is open from 16:00 and is available upon prior request to
the host.

safety.Please use the spa area and all appliances with care.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Dogs are not allowed.
-For your convenience, we have arranged a restaurant and BBQ for ordering and delivery of food.

-30% discount in the restaurant “House Kamelia”, which is located in Studenets, on the slope. If you use ski equipment from their wardrobe. Pick up from and return to “Chalet Pamporovo” free of charge.
